Save the Date: The Watoto Children’s Choir from Uganda will be presenting their concert, “Signs and Wonders” at Calvary on Wednesday, May 9.    This will be a wonderful opportunity to invite your family, friends, and neighbors to join you for a high-energy time of praise and thanks.  If you are interested in hosting two or three children from the choir and their aunt or uncle, please contact Brenda Nugteren or Cathy Vroom.

Mission Circle: We will have our last meeting before summer break this Wednesday.  Our lesson will be from the Ray Vander Laan series, "That the World May Know".  Study sheets prepared by Pastor Sheldon are at the Welcome Center

Let us worship Him together ... at a Thanksgiving and Praise Service marking the close of Tulip Time. Held at the Vermeer Global Pavilion at 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 6, the service will feature Pella native Rev. Mark Vander Hart as its main speaker. Choirs from both schools, congregational singing and times of prayer will round out the service. Join us in seeking God and His glory!

Sunday School: On April 22 at 11:45 am, after Sunday school Rm 107 , Sunday school teachers are invited to join the education committee for the end of year teacher's meeting.

We are excited to be able to share an update on the PCGS building project. We're only $100,000 away from completing phase 3 of the project. To help us, a generous donor has given us a matching gift challenge. From now until the end of the school year, Friday, May 25, donations to the building project will be matched dollar for dollar! New matching gift forms are available at the welcome center. Please continue to keep PCGS in your prayers and consider connecting with others to share our mission and this amazing opportunity.

REMINDER! Young Adults (ages 19-29): You are invited for food and fellowship today at the Youth House at 12:30 p.m.  Just bring yourselves!

Adult Sunday School will not be meeting today as we have concluded our session for the year. Enjoy a time of fellowship after the service.

Youth Group this Wednesday is our final meeting we will be celebrating the end of the year with a potluck dinner. Students are invited to bring food.

Thank you for your Sunday School offerings for Bundled Bottoms for Haiti.  Our current collection is now around $300 dollars.  This will help with the making of over 400 bundled bottoms!  We thank you for your giving throughout the Sunday School year.

Tulip Time is less than a month away, and will be here before we know it!  Calvary will once again be having the free parking and shuttle service the three days of Tulip Time.  This is a greatly appreciated service, and one in which we share the love of Christ which comes to us without any cost.  We are in need of drivers and attendants, and encourage you to check your calendars now and sign up at the Welcome Center to be a part of this ministry.  Thanks!

On April 26th and 27th, mainly music will be having their final session for the semester.  In order to bless the families as they go, we will be offering a Mother’s Day tea during the play time.   We offer two ‘seatings’ so half of the Moms are with kids while the other half enjoy the tea.  We would love your prayers for these final days of mainly music that we can send families off feeling God’s love and blessings.  If you would be interested in helping with serving the tea, providing food for the tea, or helping with children during the tea, we would welcome your help on either the 26th or 27th. Please contact Allison at mainlymusic.pella@gmail.com or 641-230-0279.  Thank you!

If you have a child graduating from 8th grade, high school or college please pick up a form at the Welcome desk and return it and a picture to the office by May 23. They will be featured in the June Courier.
